Very clean facility, well managed and courteous and helpful staff. I was looking for a 10 ft Uhaul - Josh did not have one available but was able to find me one in a jiffy at an alternate location...that, I believe, is going the extra mile. Semi trucks can deliver to most units - it was convenient for mine for sure.

Very friendly people and a very nice facility that is well maintained. Easy to get in and out of with large vehicles and easy to maneuver in and around the storage units as well. Hands down the best storage unit I have ever rented and would highly recommend this place to everyone.

This is an outstanding Uhaul facility. My truck was ready when requested. It was super clean. Josh was really nice, professional and very helpful. I would highly recommend this location.

Everything was as expected with no problem

Applied online, and within 30 minutes, I arrived at the location and my code was active to enter the gate. Facility was clean, access was easy. The whole process was "no contact". Highly recommend.

I recently rented a unit from Melissa at the Madison Blvd location and she was polite and very efficient. I was out the store in under 15 minutes tops. The entry gate is easy to use and the climate control unit was in great shape.

I rented a space at the Best Mini Storage, for my 35 foot RV trailer, for 6 months. The only reason I left was because I bought a larger truck making it more challenging for me to maneuver in and out and to back up my trailer. From the moment I entered this establishment I received nothing but stellar treatment from the staff and the owners. The owners were helpful and accommodating and the staff were amazing and pleasing. If it weren’t for the fact that I bought a larger truck, I would still be there today. I totally endorse and recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a professional, safe and family oriented location to satisfy your storage needs. Keith B

I'm a frequent lessor of storage units across multiple locations in the US. I can honestly state, my recent move to this facility has been, by far, the best move-in experience I've had with any previous storage facilities. The Safe Mini Storage staff at Madison Blvd have proven their concern to provide top notch customer service. They've been very helpful, attentive and accommodating across the spectrum of services. The facility is very spacious and allows plenty of maneuvering room between units. Prices are reasonable and competitive with other nearby facilities. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage facility.
