This is an outstanding Uhaul facility. My truck was ready when requested. It was super clean. Josh was really nice, professional and very helpful. I would highly recommend this location.

I recently rented a unit from Melissa at the Madison Blvd location and she was polite and very efficient. I was out the store in under 15 minutes tops. The entry gate is easy to use and the climate control unit was in great shape.

This facility is very clean & well organized. The staff at the Plummer Road location, Jason & Sonja are courteous, helpful & professional. The prices are also reasonable. We were impressed & will continue to use these facilities. Highly recommended!

The whole process was really easy, great customer service and person that served me, explained everything fully and also the special that was available. The storage unit is well clean and in fact the whole are is clean and very spacious. And it is in a great location and I just love it.

Customer service is fantastic. I was offered a better location for what I needed because the manager put some thought into selection while I was filing out the paperwork. I feel that all Customer service places could learn how to treat people.

Shorty did a great job welcoming us. He helped us find the ideal storage that meets our needs. The facility is well maintained and easy to access The facility also has easy access on and off the property. They utilize turn lanes on the divided four lane road.

Very nice facilities and great team.

I recently stored some things here for a few months. Donna and Craig were so nice during every interaction. The second time I came in, I was greeted and they remembered my name. This is by far the cleanest storage unit I have ever used. I never saw a bug while I was there. This was the easiest part of my move, and if I ever need to store anything again, I will definitely choose this storage unit. I was very impressed!

Crystal was very nice and accommodating. The facility is nice, clean and very secure. We will definitely be renting several more in the following months. So glad we found this place and with a 24 hour gated entrance this place deserves 10 stars!!!

I rented a space at the Best Mini Storage, for my 35 foot RV trailer, for 6 months. The only reason I left was because I bought a larger truck making it more challenging for me to maneuver in and out and to back up my trailer. From the moment I entered this establishment I received nothing but stellar treatment from the staff and the owners. The owners were helpful and accommodating and the staff were amazing and pleasing. If it weren’t for the fact that I bought a larger truck, I would still be there today. I totally endorse and recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a professional, safe and family oriented location to satisfy your storage needs. Keith B

I was just walking by and picking up some trash in the road. I have to try and keep people from getting nails or screws in their tires. Picked up a lot of aluminum cans on the road side.

The staff here has been very helpful and willing to help in any way possible. Very clean facility and an excellent place for all storage needs. I use for business however would recommend even for use of personal items.

I can honestly state, my recent move to this facility has been, by far, the best move-in experience I've had with any previous storage facilities. The Safe Mini Storage staff at Madison Blvd have proven their concern to provide top notch customer service. They've been very helpful, attentive and accommodating across the spectrum of services. The facility is very spacious and allows plenty of maneuvering room between units. Prices are reasonable and competitive with other nearby facilities. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage facility.

The service at the Safe Mini Storage in Hampton Cove was excellent. I was able to reserve a unit online on a Sunday and go in later in the week to finalize the transaction. When I walked in and said my name, the manager had my paperwork ready to go. He then escorted me to my new unit, checked it out to make sure everything was in proper order, which was much appreciated. I highly recommend this self storage facility.
