Excellent customer service from the talented ladies at the desk. Speaking for myself moving. Is horrible so it was such a relief the friendly staff made this best painstakingly free as possible. Only negative thing I could even say would be the online documentation papers that you have to sign that was a little confusing and frustrating. But once I was there in person these ladies made it seem as easy as can be so maybe corporate and change the formatting or something on the online side of it but as far as this location it is the absolute best I would highly recommend it for anyone very clean very safe

I have only just begun to rent storage space from the Safe Mini Storage on Bob Wallace in Huntsville, but so far my experience has been terrific. Both Vanessa and Kim have been incredibly helpful. Each time I have come into the office with questions they have been efficient, friendly and professional. Kim took the time to give me a tour of the grounds showing me the various sized units which was so helpful in making my decision. Did I mention efficient? Kim is fantastic. It's also great knowing that the manager lives onsite. An added plus for extra security. Having compared more than a few locations in Huntsville in the past few months, without a doubt the facility, upkeep, camera surveillance, variety of options and Customer Service of Safe Mini Storage made my decision and easy one.
